Release Notes 1.0

In this post, we ‘note’ some administrative issues about the blog, including blog processes, comments and a short thank you. Its the Introduction, the Introduction… Its the… okay.

Hello BASICers (and everyone else)! Thanks for stopping by. Here are some release notes to provide you with some information about this blog. Of course, if there are significant changes, we will provide new release notes to keep you updated about this as well. We hope you enjoy reading the posts and thinking about them.

Blog Processes

Currently, we have a small editorial team, consisting of an admin, an editor and a few designers. We do hope to expand this team in the future to serve you better. We seek your understanding and forgiveness for any kinks and issues we might have, especially during the first couple of months.

Blog posts are currently scheduled to be up once every two weeks (though exceptions might be made). Most blog posts come from our ARPC Pastors, BASIC Leaders and BASIC-ers!

At this time, we are planning to have ‘topical series’ posts. This means that the editorial team will invite authors to contribute posts about a topic. The first and current topic that we are posting about is ‘Community and Fellowship’.

If you are interested in serving and contributing to this in various capacities, do pray about it and let your BASIC leaders know. They will get in touch with the editorial team.

Comments

The comment function is currently ‘active’. If you would like to submit a comment, you may do so, but the publishing of your comments will be subject to vetting. We hope you understand that we do want to ensure, as far as we can, that comments are edifying for the specific type of readers of this blog.

A Short Thank You

The editorial team would like to thank Pastor Kenneth and Pastor Joe for their ideas, suggestions and administrative expertise. We are grateful to Z. S. and Terese Lim for designing and helping to coordinate blog discussions. We want to thank Pastor Roger for his enthusiastic support for this suggestion. We deeply appreciate the Social Media Team and our friends who have helped with photo designs, who have, over the past few months, crafted various instagram posts and photos that we hope has edified many among us. We are indebted to our authors who have contributed wonderful posts that we hope will bless our readers. Finally, we bring all glory to Him alone, for He alone is the Author of all, the One who is worth talking about, and the One who deserves all thanksgiving, praise and glory.
